Our success fee is contingent upon us presenting the successful candidate, so if you choose another candidate, you never receive a bill from Accountants Direct. In the event we secure the ideal candidate for your position, our fee is 25% of the individual's first year base salary. The fee is due to Accountants Direct 30 days after the candidate starts. If the individual leaves the company within 90 days, Accountants Direct will endeavor to replace that person at no additional charge.
