  • Client Engagement – We listen to our client to gain a full understanding of the company’s business, culture, strategic plan and desired skill set for each search. Our goal is to send our top 3 or 4 candidates per search. Prioritizing quality over quantity is our number one goal.

  • Sourcing – We actively source candidates for the position by industry, company revenue size, skills and culture. In addition, we utilize a wide variety of reliable resources including an extended database, social platforms, business networks, directories and professional associations. We qualify all candidates sourced and present only those that best meet the requirements of the search criteria.

  • Interview Process – We set up interviews between the client and candidate. After the interviews have taken place, we follow up with both parties in a timely manner and help determine which candidates will be asked to take the next step in the interview process. Our process produces a rich pool of qualified candidates to choose from and ensures that employment negotiations go smoothly. No last minute surprises that can cause a search to have to be re-started costing you valuable time and money.

  • The Offer – We partner with our client to develop and present an offer to the candidate to avoid unnecessary counter offers. Upon acceptance we will coordinate references, background checks and formalize a start date to ensure a smooth start.

  • Reference / Background Checks – Confidential reference checks are performed and a summary is presented to the client along with a criminal and education check.
